From the moment I stepped in at Gerber Collision in Decatur, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and curteous. Tom Bloomberg was excellent in suggesting a cost-effective way to reduce my out-of-pocket expenses, and I am very grateful to him. The service manager (forgotten his name) loves his job which is reflected in his approach with customers and quality of work. From the 3 service providers recommended by State Farm for collision work, I chose Gerber for their customer service, price and friendliness.

I just wanted to thank you once again for all your help in getting my company vehicle repaired. First of all, having an accident is not fun. Secondly, having to deal with estimates, time in the shop and jockeying cars is such a hassle. You and the folks at Gerber have shown me what true customer service is all about and have made this experience extremely easy for me. I felt I received a fair price – and you even passed on the information about getting a coupon and rental car from the website. Not many companies go that far to ensure customers are given the best deal they can get. My glass replacement is scheduled for tomorrow morning here at my office (nice!) and they were very prompt in calling to schedule the appointment. Walt and Lisa were such a pleasure to work with at Gerber Collision. They provided prompt, courteous, and efficient service from time of estimate to the time I picked up my car after the repair. Walt kept me informed every step of the way through the process, and Lisa was always courteous, friendly and helpful. The staff cleaned my car, inside and out, after the repair was done. The whole staff felt like good friends every time I was in the shop. They even rushed the process so that my car was ready before they closed for the holidays. What a pleasure it was to work with the whole Gerber Collision company. I will definitely refer people to Gerber Collision whenever the opportunity arises.

I received excellent service from Gerber Collision for repairs to my car. Walt Wheatly looked at my car and told me what he could do for my car and guarantee me that it would be repaired in the best professional way. Walt did not shoot me any jive and my car was ready in a week and that is what I call really good service.

Staff at Gerber Collision are very professional and the service is quick. Mr. Mike did an awesome job fixing the bumper damage on my minivan, quick and perfect, and i definitely recommend Gerber to any one.

I was very scared after I was in a car accident and didn't know what to expect with my car repair. I had bought my car from Herb Upton and really trusted him. I called his shop in Roswell, but he was in Arizona working with the Gerber store there. I called him on his cell and he walked me through all the steps so I was comfortable. Herb was extremely helpful, even in Arizona. He told me I could call him anytime with any questions. With Herb's suggestions, I called Gerber and Jennifer Parker helped me and was very helpful and professional. I had such a great experience with Jennifer, Sally, and Mike.
