Walt and Lisa were such a pleasure to work with at Gerber Collision. They provided prompt, courteous, and efficient service from time of estimate to the time I picked up my car after the repair. Walt kept me informed every step of the way through the process, and Lisa was always courteous, friendly and helpful. The staff cleaned my car, inside and out, after the repair was done. The whole staff felt like good friends every time I was in the shop. They even rushed the process so that my car was ready before they closed for the holidays. What a pleasure it was to work with the whole Gerber Collision company. I will definitely refer people to Gerber Collision whenever the opportunity arises.

Walt Wheatly looked at my car and told me what he could do for my car and guarantee me that it would be repaired in the best professional way. Walt did not shoot me any jive and my car was ready in a week and that is what I call really good service.

I was very scared after I was in a car accident and didn't know what to expect with my car repair. I had bought my car from Herb Upton and really trusted him. I called his shop in Roswell, but he was in Arizona working with the Gerber store there. I called him on his cell and he walked me through all the steps so I was comfortable. Herb was extremely helpful, even in Arizona. He told me I could call him anytime with any questions. With Herb's suggestions, I called Gerber and Jennifer Parker helped me and was very helpful and professional. I had such a great experience with Jennifer, Sally, and Mike.

From the start of my relationship with Gerber Collision, I met with efficient kindness and understanding. As the repair was conducted, I met with integrity: when a forced delay at Gerber's extended my rental car cost, Gerber stood by their promised due date and underwrote the additional expense. And, finally, when I picked up the repaired car, I was impressed by the quality of the work: a beautiful new headlight, a great paint job--and even a newly washed car!

My car was involved in a hit and run accident and Gerber was recommended by my insurance company. It wasn't a hassle, I received pleasant treatment from each individuals whom answered my call before being direct to the technician. I am pleased with the service and my car was cleaned afterward, I wasn't certain if I received new tires because of the cleaning that was done on my car.

We took our car to Gerber Collision and the estimator skipped his lunch to help us . He suggested we file a claim with the carrier of the car who hit us so we would not have toshell out money for our deductible. He gave us the phone no, and then assigned an estimator who handled that insurance company. He got us a rental car. And we returned the rental to Gerber and they took care of the rental pick up. The estimators and secretaries were the most pleasant, helpful and professional of any co. that I have ever dealt with. We were out of state so it was even more appreciated. We were overwhelmed with the experienced we received at Gerber, and the car came back cleaned inside and out. There are no more superlatives we can use to describe out experience with Gerber. They were unbelievable.
