I went to Gerber after a girl hit my parked car and split the front fender and cracked the plastic wheel well. They fixed it, matched the paint, and did some related adjustments in 3 days. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the process. The end price was ~$400 higher than the original estimate, but the girl's insurance paid for it.

I was at the hair salon and this guy backed in to me. [I just got my brand new 2010 jeep patriot the night before] I was sent to Gerber for my repairs. They were GREAT!! I would for sure recommend them to everyone. I hope Ill never go through that again but if I do, I will pick Gerber for my repair. I love that they sent me an email showing my car and the steps they had to do to fix it. I had an overall great experience with them.

Nan, Keith and all the employees are Gerber Collision in Kennesaw, Georgia, made dealing with the insurance and the repair completely painless. I was referred to Gerber Collision by my insurance company (USAA-the best insurance company!). It was an excellent decision. My appraiser, Mike Upton did an outstanding job in keeping me informed of the status of my vehicle, providing a fair and reasonable quote and his customer service was top notch. Sally who greeted and served me each time I came into the shop is another great asset to your store. Thank you I will definitely come back if I ever need to.

I was involved in a minor hit and run while parked at a gas station. I was driving my father's Buick Lucerne with a really fancy paint job (one of those iridescent pearl finishes). Gerber Collision was recommended by my insurance carrier. They repaired the dents and did a great job on the paint in less than 24 hours. Their Manager Barry and Receptionist Ashley were exceptionally kind, considerate and efficient which is much appreciated when you're dealing with car repairs. The price was excellent too. This is the second time I took my car to Gerber in Roswell and for the second time they did an exemplary job or repairing my car. Further, they polished the old finish so well that it truly looks great. Mike stayed in touch with me during the few days while my car was at Gerber. He let me know that progress was being made and that no problems were encountered. The amount of my final bill was exactly as provided to me on the estimate even though Gerber performed a few additional tasks that were not on the estimate. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend Gerber Collision in Roswell.”
