I had the best experience using Gerber Collision & Glass in Kennesaw, GA. They honored an estimate they had given me over a year ago and completed the work in the amount of time promised. The price was $200 - $660 cheaper than the other estimate I received. They didn't hem and haw but instead got the work done. Everything they did looked great.

After a vehicle swerved head-front into my lane and knocked my driver mirror off, I was more angry than anything and just wanted this resolved as painless as possible. Although no insurance was involved, Greg at Duluth was wonderful! The staff had my mirror within just a few hours, and took care of me while I waited!!! I would definitely WRECKOMMEND Gerber to friends and family and rate the service I recieved well above a perfect 10!

I had not realized how much I missed seeing out of a complete mirror until I was driving back to work and what do you know?????????? I could actually see behind me again! As a retired Naval Officer and IBM manager, it was a pleasure to deal with a man who sets his own standards based upon his perception of himself. He is a rare, rare person and indivdual. He problem solved over and beyond any reasonable level of expectation. And to him it was ordinary.

I have been to Gerber Collision & Glass for my Husband, Mother and also myself. I have always had the opportunity to work with Keith and he has always given us excellent customer service. He makes sure that we were satisfied with all of our repairs. Whenever we have an accident in our family I know who to turn to because I know he is going to take care of us.
