This letter is written to thank the entire staff for Gerber on the recent repairs performed on our 2008 Honda Odyssey. Your entire staff at Gerber in general, and Greg Kline in perticular, were: exceptionally courteous, the workmanship of the repair and the final paint matching was perfect, the total repair time was a minimum for the amount of work performed and the cost was very fair to these new customers. Hopefully my wife will not have a future need for your services? However, should you ever need a recommendation from a new customer about your total services, you may have future custoemrs read this letter or call me concerning our excellend experience with Gerber. I would at this time like to commend Gary Gulisano, Walt Wheatley, Alecia Devers, and the rest of the staff at the Gerber Body Shop located in Cartersville Georgia. On July 8th, 2011, my family and I were en route to Florida on vacation, when my vehicle was struck by an 85lb piece of metal that had been hurled into the air and across the median striking my vehicle. To make a long story short, the collision caused about $6500.00 damage to my vehicle and rendered it undriveable. My vehicle was initially towed to the Hyundai shop two doors down from your body shop, and upon recommendation from the service manager there, towed to your shop. Upon arrival at your shop I met with Alecia, Walt, and Gary, and explained to them what had happened, and the jam I was in in reference to finishing my vacation. I was told at this time that the shop would ... do everything in their power to have my vehicle finished upon my return on the 16th of July. They also assisted me in locating a rental car. During the ensuing week I was contacted numerous times by Alecia informing me as to the progress of the repair of my vehicle of which I was very appreciative. On July 16th upon my return to Illinois from Florida, I arrived at your shop to pick up my repaired vehicle. Your shop did an outstanding job repairing my vehicle and I know that they worked overtime to complete my car on time. This is the third time I have turned to Gerber for repair and once again the service has been superior. My car looks like new (on the side damaged); the agent, Stan Taylor kept me informed all along the way of the progress and the timing for pick up. I'll try not to have any more wrecks, but if I do, Gerber: here I come.

A large tree fell on my wifes car while our daughter had it in Kennesaw. They were both upset. LMI sent us to your location. I spooke to Keith and explained that I would prefer him to deal with me and leav my daughter out of any contact. He was very professional over the phone. Kept me up to date with ehat was going on and when I voiced concern about the alignment of the car he said he wasn't aware of any problem but would check and call me back. Which he did. Great peace of mind for myself and next time I'm down visiting my son I'm going to stop in and thank him in person.

I would like to express my appreciation to the team down at the Gerber Collision located at 725 Dekalb Industrial Way Decatur Ga 30033. The team was lead by the Manager and supported by John Murphy. My vehicle is a 2004 BMW 325i. I was side swiped on my drivers side and the damage was no fun. Admittedly, I was reluctant to go to any collision shop other than the dealer. I decided to try out Gerber after visiting my dealer. I was happy they accepted American Express. The BMW dealer did not accept American Express. I was concerned Gerber wouldn't have the specialized experience. After dropping my car off the staff was very helpful. They communicated with me and made me feel comfortable they would get the job down. After I came back to get my car. There were some unsatisfactory elements with the job. The manager and John made sure they got ... it right! They apologized and took responsibility. They set me up in a rental car and went above and beyond. Gerber truly earned alot of credibility and respect on this visit. I would definitely recommend other foreign luxury car owners to them. Keep pleasing customers it works!
