The young lady name Fran was great! She made me feel welcome over the phone and in person. She is nice and very helpful. Gerber did an excellent job on my 2010 Honda. It looks just the same with I drove it off the Honda Lot! And on top of that, they even wash and vaccumed my car....That was a total surprise..Now that is Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!! "Great job and outstanding customer service! My mother-in-law's car was rear ended and she was extremely concerned that her car could not be repaired. She was concerned that the trunk would leak and that the new paint and bumper wouldn't match up to the original paint job. She has had her car for over a decade and she is very picky about how it is serviced and treated. All I can say is wow! She called me when she picked the car up and she sounded like a kid because she was so excited, "My car looks brand new! My car looks brand new!" She was extremely happy, and trust me if she didn't like the work then I would have gotten an ear full. So thank you Gerber! Gerber repaired my car about 2 years ago when some neighborhood kids hit my car with an object that caused a big dent in my car. Their work is outstanding and my car looked brand new. I highly recommend them and believe it or not, I need them again because I just had an accident and scraped my car!

My adjustor, John Murphy was also very kind and attentive when it came to keeping me up to date with the repair status of my vehicle. My mom will be using Gerber Collision for her repairs also!

I was involved in a horrible auto accident. With all the medical, insurance and legal things I've had to deal with, time has been short to worry about anything else. Because I took my car to Gerber Kennesaw, I had one less item to worry about. They were AMAZING!!!! Dana updated me every Tues and Thurs , as promised, and even called in between if something should come up, like they weren't happy with the paint, so they were going to repaint it. The customer service of her and Brian made it feel like I was taking my car to my family's shop. They were professional yet super friendly and efficent. I dealt with a young lady named Jennifer Baker. She was excellent. She let me drop the car off on a Saturday to have rear convertible window replaced. Car was finished and ready for pickup on Tuesday and it looked great.Jennifer was very efficient. She located a top day one. I was dreading the car being tied up several days and this was not.

I recently took my vehicle in to be serviced after damage was done to it at a grocery store parking lot. The staff at Gerber are some of the nicest, most helpful people you would ever hope to meet. I was beginning to think quality customer service was long gone, but clearly at Gerber they make it their business to treat everyone fairly. I had Gerber Collision do my repairs to my car after a horrible event with onstar's services not correctly working and they took customer service to a level that really is unexplainable. Walt is probably one of the nicest people I've ever dealt with in my life. I'll never go anywhere else if needed. They made my Tahoe look like if nothing ever happened to it and all I can say is Thank you, thank you, thank you to these wonderful people.
