I broke the side mirror off the driver side of my car. The staff at Gerber were courteous and knowledgeable. They ordered the part and it took 20 min. before I had my new mirror. Thanks Gerber!

I have had experiences at other body shops (such as Classic Collision) and I must say that the experience with Gerber was FAR SUPERIOR. I was provided a quality job at a fair price and would recommend Gerber over any other body shop in Metro Atlanta.

My insurance company, USAA, referred me to your company. My car was hit by a rock while driving down the expressway. I got in right away. I was told that the nick in my windshield was too small to fill and the scratch on the hood was buffed out. All this in just a few minutes. I was so impressed. The Appraiser's name is Jennifer Parker. She was friendly and so nice. I called USAA and told them how nice she was and how well I was treated. USAA always has the greatest contractors.

My positive experience at Roswell North Gerber Collision started with Sally who was able to make a short-dated appointment for my estimate. She was very accomodating on that day and was able to rescedule my appointment due to a business conflict that arose on the day of my appointment for later that afternoon. Jennifer then provided excellent customer service by working with me and the fleet company to expedite the claim process. She notified me via cell phone voicemails every couple of days on the status of the approvals, work being done, and the estimated completion date. The messages were very helpful to manage the expectations of the person who was picking up the vehicle on my behalf, and will be the newly assigned driver. This is the best experience that I have had reagrding collision repair from start to finish, and the best ... follow-up and follow-through that I have experienced in recent memory for any service related transaction. read more

"I would just like to tell you how outstanding two of your employees, Theresa & Greg, are at your location at 3030 Satellite Boulevard, Duluth, GA 30096. I did not use Gerber Collision for any repair services, however these 2 employees helped me in another way. It was on Friday, June 10, 2011 that my car literally stopped in front of your store-my car had run out of gas. Not very smart on my part, but I was paying no attention to my gas gauge. It was over 90 degrees that day and the sun was blazing hot. I could not see a gas station in sight, so I walked into Gerber hoping they could point me in the right direction. I asked Greg where the nearest gas station was and he said if I drive about 1-1.5 miles down the road then there will be a Quick Trip on my left hand side. I said "Oh God, that far?" He wondered why I had ... said that, and I told him that I had just ran out of gas. Without any hesitation he asked if I would like one of the employees there to give me a ride so I would not have to walk in the heat. I accepted with much thanks, as long as it would not be a problem for anyone. Theresa, another employee said that it would be no problem since she had to go to the bank anyway. Of course I did not have a gas can in my car, so they let me borrow a 5 gallon gas can. Theresa drove me down to the Quick Trip and we were back at Gerber in no time. I was having a hard time pouring the gas into my tank, so Theresa went to see if there was a funnel that we could use. A couple of minutes later, Greg returned with a funnel in hand. He poured the gas into my tank as I held the funnel. After he poured the gas, Greg just didn't walk away. He waited until I started my car to make sure that it was running okay. Everything was great-we were able to get 5 gallons of gas into my car and it started right up. I can't even tell you how appreciative I am to Theresa and Greg for helping me out on that hot Friday afternoon. If it weren't for their generosity, I'm not quite sure what I would have done. I couldn't thank them enough for what they did for me. It is not very often that you find people who will go out of their way to help a total stranger. However, these two employees did and I am so grateful for their assistance. To make a long story short, I just wanted to let you know how gracious and amazing these two employees are and how they truly went above and beyond exceptional customer service. What a better place the world would be if there were more people like Theresa and Greg. Thank you again for all your help. " read more

GA - 2395 Cobb Parkway, Kennesaw - 6/9/11

The people at Gerber provided outstanding service. Keith Burns was the adjuster and Nan (I believe she was the receptionist) was great as well. They were both professional and very nice. I will be referring my daughter in law to come in as well (Robin Jacobs). If anyone I know needs collision or glass repair I will refer them to this location. Usually I do not enjoy going to auto repair shops, but here I felt comfortable and secure that I was not being taking advantage of.

Gerber Collision in Rome did an excellent job fixing my car. The repairs were done in a timely and meticulous manner. Every one there was always happy and nice. Even though I live closer to the one in Cartersville, I will be taking my cars to Rome for a very long time.
