Not only did you get my car back on the road looking bettter than ever, your staff was extremely pleasant to deal with and I actually felt like the customer. Mike gave me details of the repair and kept me updated on my car's status and showed genuine concern with me being a satisified customer! On top of that Mike even referred me to another shop to get my brakes fixed and I saved about $220! ... World Class Service... exactly what I received!

My experience with Gerber was a pleasant one. The staff was nice and very informative. Keith was the person I dealt with and was very professional, as well as pleasant. My car was in for two weeks and he called me regularly to inform me of the repairs being done and the status of my car. My car was ready on time and looked like new! A gentlemen (I don't remember his name) walked with me around my car and went over with me what had been done and let me know that if I was unhappy for any reason to bring it back and they would gladly make any needed repairs. My car looks great, drives great, and I am very satisfied with the quality of work that was done! Gerber does great work and has a great staff! Keep it up!

I was in the process of filling out my feedback but lost it. So I don't know if you got it or not. I just want to let you know the people at Gerber were professional, customer focused and easy to do business with. When I took my car in for an estimate, they were courteous, they took all the pictures they would need when I was ready. They worked with my schedule to get it fixed. They also did an excellent job on the repairs. My hat goes off the the people at Gerber in Roswell. Mike was a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend using them to everyone.

JENNIFER WAS MY APPRAISER AND SHE MADE ME FEEL AS THOUGH MY CAR WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT MATTERED TO HER, DESPITE HER HAVING A BAY FULL OF CARS. DURING OUR FIRST MEETING, SHE WALKED ME THROUGH THE DAMAGE THAT WAS DONE TO MY CAR. HER KNOWLEDGE OF THE DAMAGED DONE TO MY CAR, ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND PROFESSIONALISM BECAME OBVIOUSLY APPARENT TO ME. I went to your shop on 18 March 2011 and found out that the Manager and Estimator that I had previously done business with and enjoyed very much were gone. I was pleased to find that I got the same great treatment from Estimator Laura K. Chapman. Laura took time with me and explained everything. Prior to entering the shop, I spoke with this individual on the phone and the conversation she and I had made me feel so comfortable that I couldn’t wait to meet her. You see, I have had an issue prior to my car being hit and this individual not only spoke to me with a caring heart but also shed light on my problem and made me see that, there is light at the end of the tunnel. I’m talking about Laura. She is a true asset to this organization. Once I met her, she immediately greeted me with a smile and a hug which was very much needed at the time; I can not say enough about this lady, she is a true gem. I would also like to thanks Walt and Lisa for their excellent care as well. I was called every Tuesday and Thursday and given an update on my vehicle, they were superb. When my car was ready for pick up, to my surprise, they took care of my ... rental car too because I had no ideal how I was going to return the vehicle without their help. Because I am a Disable Veteran, this save me so much time and relieved the stress of returning this vehicle. Lisa went one step above and helped me retrieved my belonging from the rental and placed them in my car, I was so grateful. As for my vehicle, the last time I saw it, it was in really bad shape and when I looked at it, I could not tell it was ever hit. These guys did such an outstanding job on restoring my vehicle until my family and friends thought, I purchased the same car again. I truly appreciate each and every one of your employees that took the time to care for my vehicle. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!! Finally, I would be ever so grateful if this email would be read in all employees’ meetings across the country to let them know this is the way it’s done in Georgia! Terrific job & terrific customer service! Jennifer Parker was the appraiser for my car. She was amazing...prompt, professional, & kept me informed throughout the entire process. It was a bonus that she was such a nice & caring person. Gerber is lucky to have her for an employee! My car looks great & runs great...I couldn't be more pleased! The Kennesaw Gerber location was unbelievably quick in returning my car to me. It took a mere 36 hours to complete the work. I am totally amazed and very appreciative of the quick turn-around. It saved me additional rental expense as well.

Thanks again for a great repair job on my Forrester. What a pleasure to work with Jennifer and Tom. Never a good time when you have to have your car repaired but Gerber made the experience as pleasant as possible. They had my car ready when they said that they would despite the fact that the first fender that came in was damaged and they had to re-order another one. I will definately use them and again and will recommend them to friends.
