Well done, as usual. Chuck and Nan are always great to work with. This time I was assisted by Dana Breton who was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I was in and out in one day. This is my third time with Gerber at this location and it has always been good. I have always recommended Gerber to others because of the good service I have received there.

My car had front and rear damage from a wreck on I-75. I called Gerber on Monday and made an appointment for Wednesday and they actually had it ready on Thursday of that same week. Walt, the service writer, noticed that there was some additional damage that the insurance inspector had missed and he recommended to the insurance company be repaired and they did, so it took a few more days, but I was very happy they took the extra step. I got my car back and it looked great. Everyone that I dealt with was very professional, knew what they were doing and treated me great and they turn out great work. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Great job. Vince Halder

We were handled professionally from start to finish by Steve Ball and other staff. My insurance is with USAA and we considered letting them handle it and getting reimbursed by State Farm, but prompt action by Steve and the office staff got the claim ok'd by State Farm quickly, and the repairs were thorough and completed in about a week. Great, convenient and pleasant service--no reason to go anywhere else.

I'm so happy to have the opportunity to brag about how wonderful Gerber's service is! Everyone is unbelievably friendly and helpful. They gave near daily updates on how the repairs were progressing - really included me in every step of the process. And to top it all off, Gerber's repairs are outstanding. My car looked brand new!
