From the moment I walked into Gerber with my damaged car, I felt like I received a level of service beyond what I have received at other repair shops. Jennifer Kuehl was amazing throughout the entire repair process. From the first time I met her on day one, I knew I was going to be well taken care of. Also, one of the first things I noticed about the facility was how clean it looked which is another way this location demonstrated a high level of professionalism. Jennifer kept me up to date with the happenings of my repairs according to the Gerber policy. The information provided in these calls reassured me that my car was being taken care of. "Outstanding service! Mike Upton did an excellent job of arranging one-day repair of a collision dent in my BMW Z-3 given to me as a 25th. wedding anniversary present. I love this car. Mike and his repair crew returned it to "like new" condition overnight! We have had many cars repaired (Mother of Crawford - Robin Cauthen) with Gerber and we convinced our son to come here versus another repair shop closer to where he lives in Vinings.
