This was my second repair with Gerber with a hail damage claim with a company I own, Trans-Graphic Services, Inc., and I could not be more pleased!!! Mike Upton handled the hail damage claim from start to finish. Very professional, very timely, extremely satisified with the perfect job that was done. I highly recommend Gerber with anyone looking for a professional collision repair and personal and courteous service.

Excellent service. Mike Upton was excellent from start to finish. Many cudos to him. He provided a timely and efficient estimate, started on the car the day it was dropped off, time frame was exactly what he said it would be, work was done making our 10 year old van look almost new. I highly recommend Gerber for their efficient and very courteous work and highly recommend our estimator and customer service representative, Mike Upton for going above and beyond what was expected. Definitely made for a pleasurable experience.

Samantha Bailey did an excellent job from start to finish accomodating me! She was very nice on the phone and well-spoken and when I came in to drop off my car she was equally friendly and nice. I called Samantha to request a larger car and she accomodated my needs immediately. Nowadays customer service is a second thought and Samantha proved that is not the case-she is an asset to your company and I will continue to use Gerber because of her customer service.

They took absolutely wonderful care of us at Gerber on Oak Street. Our car was done in no time at all and they even washed and cleaned the inside out, very helpful, especially for a busy car that actively transports 3 kids in activities. I will always bring them my business and recommend them to friends and neighbors, too!!

What a great job!! I had owned my new car less than 2 months when it damamged. The crew at Gerber made it look like brand new and in just a few days. Great experience!

I first had my truck repaired from a deer hitting the side. Very pleased with the service. I then had to have my car repaired from rock damage. Both vehicles look brand new. Outstanding job on both vehicles. The service and employees were great. Will highly recommend Gerber Collision to everyone.

My son was involved in an accident in Roswell. I told him to take the car to Gerber's on Oak Street in Roswell because of the great experience I have historically had with them. They delivered again! Our experience with Gwerers was excellent. Mike, Jennifer and Emily exemplify great customer service from every perspective. I've never encountered a team that is as professional as they are and as capable of delivering a total quality experience while, at the same time, connecting with us emotionally during trying circumstances. I'm glad they're there; I will never consider anyone else.

This is my second car repair, Both times the work was excellent. This repair I worked with Mike Upton. He explained the repair well and also helped me fix another problem on the car which made the repair even better than before the accident. He kept me informed of progress and returned the car ahead of schedule. I would now not go anywhere else and I and send my son in law to get his car fixed there also Dr. Brian Hawkins

To whom it concerns: The work, professionalism and bi-weekly response from the Roswell GA Oak Street is in my opinion a professional team. The care given to both my vehicle and service to assist in the process is outstanding. This shop deserves the SHOP OF THE YEAR AWARD for the entire U S A. I had three cars serviced in a 8 week period by this professional Team. Great Job.
