Fantabulous!! Robbie is cute, and provides excellent customer service. I love to drop off that Enterprise is close by. Total package!I was able to drop off the car the same day as the accident and got in the rental the same day! A USAA rep was even here! Robbie filled out the paperwork and everything. They finished the car ahead of schedule! All with a lifetime warranty!! Fantabulous!!

I was very happy with the work on my truck and the time it took to finish the job. We were told it would be ready to pick up 6/23/12 but on 6/20/12 we were called to come and pick up the truck because it was finished. I have done business with companies who could not finish when the said they would once and I have worked with companies who finished on time but this is the first time in my 68 years that I had a company finish the job ahead of schedule.

MY 2002 CAMRY WAS REPAIRED AT THIS LOCATION ON 6/11/12. THE STAFF WAS VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB ON MY VEHICLE. ROBBIE WAS IN CONSTANT CONTACT WITH ME CONCERNING THE LONGEVITY OF SERVICE & AND THE EXPECTED TIME OF PICK UP. THEY EVEN FINISHED THE REPAIRS IN RECORD TIME. I WILL REFER ALL OF MY FAMILY & FRIENDS TO THAT LOCATION. I WAS VERY PLEASED! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Alan and his group at Gerber Collision finished their flawless repair of our car in record time. He called every day to let us know how our repairs were going, and worked with us to get our car ready for a trip we were taking before the estimated finish date. We were very impressed with their customer service, and would certainly use them again.
