The staff was friendly and courteous. Dennis was thorough in his handling of my repairs. He was prompt with calling me and keeping me abreast of the status of my repairs. I felt comfortable in my interactions with Dennis. Never for one minute did I feel that he was overstating the repair costs and felt comfortable that I would receive my vehicle back in the time that was promised. I was pleased with the repairs and would definitely recommend Gerber (Dennis) to any of my friends.

I wish to commend Mike Upton, my Gerber estimator, for his professionalism. I used Gerber in Historic Roswell to repair our car last week (a non-insurance transaction), and he completed the work perfectly and on-time, and estimated accurately. Anytime there is collision damage it's an unpleasant experience,but Mike made it as smooth as possible.

I was extremely impressed with the whole process of my car repairs at Gerber Collision in Roswell. I had taken my car there before and had excellent service and had been very impressed by the fact that my car was ready when they said it would be and they gave it back to me cleaner than when I took it there. This time I had driven it in with a rattling noise after 2 separate incidents of impact with the car. Emily and Jennifer calmed me down and were very willing to work with me without pressuring me at any time. First, they took their time to assess the exact cause of the damage, and saved me money. Then they had the patience to work around my crazy schedule, and gave me great price, I would send any of my friends and co-workers there in a hearbeat. Thank you!

Having an accident really messes things up when you depend on your car, but the folks at gerber made getting my vehicle fixed so easy. I especially enjoyed seeing the photos that they sent via text.
