I am very impressed with this Gerber location. Every time I called in I was greeted very nicely and genuinely by Jeanne. When I got my estimate done originally I talked to Dana. She was very honest to me about the best way to get my car fixed through both my insurance company and from the insurance company of the person who hit me. I appreciated her guidance greatly. When I came back to get repairs done, Walt took care of my case. He was very friendly, easy going, and made me feel comfortable leaving my car in their hands to repair. When I picked up my car I was happily shocked by the work done on it because the gentleman (unfortunately I don't know his name) who did the repairs went above and beyond any expectations. I can tell he cares about his job and loves what he does. I am very thankful that I had that gentleman work on my car and ... will always ask for him if another unfortunate circumstance arises. I enjoyed my experience with Gerber Collision and Glass and will recommend the Kennesaw location to any who needs a repair. read more
