This is now the 2nd time I have used Gerber Collision in Duluth, GA and there’s a reason I came back the second time; they treat me with kid gloves! Having to deal with car damage is always such a stressful experience whether it’s your fault or not, but they make it so much less stressful. I have worked with Theresa Dykes both times and she is wonderful, her customer service skills are exceptional, she always kept me update on everything and answered every last question I had in a very timely manner.

GA - 2441 Cheshire Bridge Rd, Atlanta - 8/1/12

I had a great experience here today. Another body shop did work on my car but casued a problem with the automatic windows. I called Gerber, who were very busy, explained the situation, and despite their workload, they said they would fix it today as my windows wouldn't close and it was due to rain tonight. I dove over, and left about 10 minutes later with the problem 100% fixed.

"I wanted to say just how pleased I am with the service provided by Samantha Bailey at Gerber Collision in Atlanta on Cheshire Bridge Rd. My initial impression of Samantha when she eyeballed the damage to my car is that she was friendly and competent, but not cocky. She has a reliable quality that is intangible, and quite frankly lacking in the auto repair industry in Atlanta. To contrast my experience with Gerber against other body shops, just minutes before taking my car to Gerber, I had spent 30 MINUTES at Classic Collision waiting for an INITIAL estimate of repairs to the rear bumper of my car. I should mention that Classic Collision's receptionists and staff were "yelling" at each other like southern ghetto white trash and the flies in their waiting room only added to the "flavor." Classic Collision also had ... the nerve to boast they had "10 shops across Atlanta" giving me the impression they were"too big to care." So I went to Gerber next (and with a highly skeptical attitude too). The immediate feeling I got from the shop in Atlanta was peaceful, clean (they even have a kid toys), organized, and intimate. Well, little did I know that Gerber was nationwide. Based on the well-kept office space and waiting area, I knew that they took pride in keeping a clean work space and ultimately they would be professionals from beginning to end. Samantha had me in and out for my initial estimate in less than 10 minutes! She also immediately set up a car rental with Enterprise just downstairs and one door over. She projected the repairs would take about 2 days and no more than a week; and she was right. I dropped my car off on a Monday, I got cost estimates within 24 hours, and my car was done on Thursday. So while I'm raving about the quality of service, I should also say that I'm fully satisfied with the repairs made to my car. It looks like new! And even if I weren't satisfied, I know that Samantha Bailey would be responsive. I know this for a fact because after I got my car back (Gerber had washed it), I noticed a cup holder insert was missing. I have a pesky RAV4 where the cup inserts like to stick to the bottom of a cup. Well, I emailed Samantha the next day, describing my situation. Yes, a $17 cup insert is not much to worry about. But Samantha wrote back immediately and said she would look for it in their office/shop; and check with the general manager on Monday to see what could be done if it wasn't found. Samantha actions reflected solid principles of customer service. Gerber is not "too big to care" and that is the kind of company that not only earns my business, but my trust. Ultimately, the "missing" cup insert was found. But the fact that Samantha went that extra mile over something minor, is a testament that you can take the big things (like a banged up car) to her because she cares about the small stuff. It's not just about a pretty exterior with Samantha, it's about integrity, both in character and in the structure of your car. I'm happy to write this "wreck-ommendation" for Samantha and her crew at Gerber-Atlanta because it is well-deserved." read more

I took my truck into the Gerber Historic Roswell location. They were very professional and handled my claim with my insurance company very quickly. Emily, Mike, and Jennifer were great! I highly recommend them to anybody needing collision repair done and will bring my vehicle back if I ever need to!

Mike Upton and Jennifer Parker were great ! Mike provided an update every other day until my car was ready. He was very Customer focused and did his best to return my car to me in pre-accident form. This was important to me because i had recently purchased the car. Well done, I would recommend Gerber without reservation.

From the moment I entered Gerber's office professionalism was very apparent. Trish greeted me with a warm smile and immediately proceeded to process my inquiry.She further informed me of progress dates during repairs and repeatedly assured me that I would have the vehicle not later than promised. Much to my surprise and satisfaction she returned the vehicle three days ahead of schedule. Additionally Trish relieved me of time and effort in contacting the insurance carrier. Stan previewed the repairs and assured me that any concerns would be corrected. I could not detect any deficiencies when it was returned to me. Stan and Trish were friendly, cooperative, and knowledge of Gerber's policies and procedures. Gerber facility in modernist, attractive, clean and has an inviting appearance. Without hesitation, I would recommend Gerber Collision ... and Glass for regular vehicle cosmetics, major or minor repairs. read more

I ran into a Gerber employee at a Subway restaurant during lunchtime. He was very helpful when I asked about a scratch that was on the drivers side front and rear door of my daughter's car. I took it by the shop and Bryan Dahlin buffed it out at no charge to me. He was very nice and all of my future bodywork will be going to Gerber

My repair experience from start to finish was outstanding. Mike Upton is that man for customer service. He was very gracious, professional, and went beyond and far surpassed my expectations for customer service. An experience that I was not really looking forward to was made very easy for me. My car was done when projected and it looked like new when I got it back. Jennifer Parker, the general manager at the Roswell location was also very friendly and accomodating.
