They not only put my car back together again, but they discovered that a previous job was not done properly. Though keeping me in the loop, they worked directly with my insurance comapny that made the whole process painless for me. I appreciated the work they did and would recommend them to friends who might need repair work in the future.

As a teenager new to driving I was absolutely horrified by the prospect of calling my parents much less if my car would be okay. Thank goodness the Gerber group in Roswell was quick and very friendly too. They really helped out in a time of need an my parents were just happy I was okay :) thanks Gerber!

The folks at the Atlanta Gerber location were amazing. My car was done before the due date, and looks better than it did when I purchased it new. When I noticed a spot on the seat, they immediately came out, cleaned it, and voluntarily cleaned the carpet spots that had been there when I brought the car in. They were polite, courteous, professional, and wonderful to work with; I have used them in the past, and won't go anywhere else for body shop work on my car. These guys are more than just top notch.

I have to say I am very impressed. Mike and Jennifer over at Gerber did an unbelievable job. Not only were the repairs flawless and my car looks brand new, the service was top notch. I received a progress report halfway through the repair and another phone call when it was done. Would highly recommend this location of Gerber to any of my friends and family.

The service at Gerber Collision was outstanding! Jenniver, Michael, and Emily were all Fabulous! They wera ll kind, nice, happy accommodating, proactive and on time with the delivery as promised. They definitely went the extra mile! The servicemen were top notch as well! Their work was so good, that you can't tell at all where the impact of the accident was. Great service.....Had car appraised and given a quote....After I decided to do the repair...I was told to come in on Monday and expect a Tuesday pick-up date...Late Tuesday afternoon it was ready for pick up..The job was done to my satisfaction and on time what more could I ask.!!!!!!!!!

This is now the 2nd time I have used Gerber Collision in Duluth, GA and there’s a reason I came back the second time; they treat me with kid gloves! Having to deal with car damage is always such a stressful experience whether it’s your fault or not, but they make it so much less stressful. I have worked with Theresa Dykes both times and she is wonderful, her customer service skills are exceptional, she always kept me update on everything and answered every last question I had in a very timely manner.
