I cannot overstate how pleased I was with the service. The office was immaculate, cool and comfortable; and everyone I came into contact with was extremely cordial, pleasant, and VERY efficient. They kept me informed at all times and made the unpleasantness of an accident turn into a nice experience. I would recommend them highly to anyone!

While I had much difficulty with Safeco regarding my car insurance claim, I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with all staff at Gerber collision. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and extremely helpful in guiding me through this difficult time. Stephanie Dagostin in particular rates 5 stars for her assistance and customer service. I will highly recommend Gerber collision in Decatur to anyone requiring such services.
