After hitting a dear with my Maxima going around 70mh, I thought my car was doomed. Not so. These guys not only put this car back together perfectly, they did so while remaining in close contact and giving me no runnaround. Hope I never hit another deer, but if I do, I know where to take my car!

I have nothing but good things to say about Gerber Collision. They were very courteous and honest. My work was done in a timely manner. They were very quick. I dropped my car off on monday and it was done by wednesday. They told me the whole process before it started and called to tell me my car was done. When I was having a issue with my insurance carrier they took care of that also. I would recommend Gerber to anyone looking to get there car repaired and I will definitely use them again if I should ever need too.

Once again Gerber Collission has gone above and beyond. I brought my car in from an accident Christmas Eve. I was going up a steep driveway when the car slid back and sent us backward down a revene. A tree stopped us, and we had severe trunk damage. Gerber representative Samantha Bailey with her diligent expertise worked hard to find parts to repair my car. I was worried it would be totaled. She came to my rescue, and the car will be fixed. Her personality and knowledge has made this a very positive experience. I can not thank her enough. I hope Gerber Collision knows what a wonderful employee they have. She is an asset. Great customer service! I can't always say this. In this day and age good customer service is hard to come by. Thank you Samantha Bailey!!

Samantha Bailey's commitment to prompt and thorough communication stands out in our most recent visit. From a customer service perspective, there is nothing more important to a firms brand than prompt, solution-based communication. She went the extra mile, 120%, an A+! Just amazing...

CONSIDERING THE TIME OF YEAR (HOLIDAY SEASON) AND VACATION TIME SPENT WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS THIS SHOP DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB IN ENSURING THAT I GOT MY VEHICLE BACK IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE WARM SMILES FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN UNTIL I CAME BACK TO PICK MY VEHICLE UP AND THE PHONE CALLS IN BETWEEN MADE ME FEEL EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE ABOUT THE REPAIR OF MY VEHICLE.
