The service at Gerber in Duluth was amaging. I have nevcer received better serivce for any car repair as I did here. I was in and out in 45 minutes that should have taken 1 1/2 hours. I will recommaned Gerber Duluth to everyone and will be back if I never ever need work done.

Amazing service. Gerber went above and beyond in making my catalytic converter right (previously stolen from the bottom of the car). They totally exceeded my expectations. My car was broken into while my daughter was in Atlanta visiting friends. She was unable to get into the car due to something the robbers used on the door so she flew home, and left the car in GA. I live in Indianapolis and was told by friends to contact Gerber Collision to determine if they could help me. Everyone was so helpful, they towed my car to the shop, repaired it, and worked with me until I could find a transport company to pick it up and deliver it to me in Indy. Barbara Matthews worked very hard to accommodate my needs and understood my circumstance… she is my Hero. The fine people at Gerber outdid themselves in every area, and exemplify the meaning of true Customer Service. Happy Holidays!

From my first communication with the Gerber staff, they were very professional and accommodating to my schedule. They took care of everything. I felt I was their #1 customer. Mike, Teresa & Sarah were very professional and eager to please without being annoying. My car was ready when promised and was returned to me cleaner than I left it! I was so impressed! I felt the entire staff at this location took pride I their work and appreciated my business. I will definitely reccommend this location to anyone who is looking for professional, accurate and affordable repair to their vehicle. Great job Duluth!
