Although my car took a while to be repaired, Gerber and Steve Ball kept me informed of the progress. Steve in particular was kind, courteous, and helpful in answering any question I had. I would recommend Gerber to any of my friends if they are in need of collision or glass repair.

Gerber has been amazing to work with. They were able to fit me into the schedule for a repair, and had it completed in far less time than I estimated. The staff has been very nice and helpful everytime I've spoken with them. The team is far easier to work with than other collision centers I've used. I will use this location again if I have any type of repair.

I had 20-25 chips out of the paint in the hood. The guys stripped and repainted the hood, and did a beautiful compound buffing of the other panels, which made the difference in color between the new paint and the 13 year old original paint almost undetectable. Great service! Great people!

Recently, I was parked outside of a building that was being spray painted and beige spray paint residue completely covered my Black in color 2009 Chevy Tahoe LTZ. My mechanic at All-Pro Auto in Kennesaw, Ga recommended that I take my vehicle to Gerber Collision. My mechanic knows how particular I am about my vehicle and any service that has to be conducted. I called and made an appointment with Keith Burns for Thursday August 1, 2013. Keith was very courteous and assured me that he and his team would restore my vehicle to its original appearance..... and he did not disappont. My SUV looks amazing and I picked up my vehicle on schedule as promised and the price came in a little under the estimate, which was even better. The entire team especially Keith Burns at the Kennesaw Gerber Collision center are exceptional people and the customer ... service was excellent. The Kennesaw team is a definite asset to your organization .I will patronize and refer my friends, family and associates to Gerber...Keep Up The Great Work !! Locally they were too busy to repair my car so it was transported to Cartersville, Georgia. I was dubious a bout it being sent elsewhere. Not to worry, the same great service was available. A very knowledgeable girl, Ashley, helped me a lot and answered all my questions. When it was returned to Kennasaw they checked it over. A very nice girl there took my rental car and delivered my repaired jewel back to me. I highly recommend your company to all my friends.

i was impress with the service and the calls i recieved from Gerber, Gail was the sells rep the called me and she was great. Gail set the appointment up and there was very little waiting, The Shop kept us inform on the repairs, and called us when the work was completed. It was a great experance with Gerber. Thank You for all you have done.
