service advisor, Elaine, did a great job explaining all information pertinent to my car repairs. Very professional and outstanding customer service. General manager also provided me with information concerning repairs. I was blown away with the constant follow-up with the status of my cars repairs. I will definitely recommend.

Repair work was originally done at Champs in New Orleans, had a warranty issue back home in Georgia. Brad W. was friendly, helpful and very courteous. The issue was resolved and I am back on the road. I would recommend Gerber to anyone needing quality collision repair.

Awesome!!!! Satisfied!!!! and Secure!!!! Wow ! what an great experience. I got hit twice in one month , by drivers from two different insurance companies. What a nightmare this could have been if not for the experience, knowledge and professionalism provided by Rob in the Kennesaw location. Rob took care of all the details and spoke the "lingo" to the insurance companies. He kept me "in the loop" about everything. From the rental car to the pick up an all around AWESOME Experience.
