We had a great experience with Gerber. Gerber painted the tri-coat pearl paint job on my car very well. I can't even tell where the ding in the door had been. We scheduled the repair and Gerber had it done within the time as promised. My daughter and both sons have all had bodywork done at Gerber. I would ONLY use Gerber in our area.

Actually claim was paid by ALFA Insurance. We have USAA. Other driver had ALFA Insurance. These guys at Gerber were great. Very thorough and customer service oriented in the process. We were not a fault for our damages., The estimator Robert at Gerber location was very knowledgeable about our car damage and also how to work through the claim process and he explained everything to us. Was a big relief for us and made the experience easier under the circumstances of being hit by another car. We would definitely come back to Gerber if we experienced anything like this again. First Class.

The communication during the entire process was exceptional. I was beyond pleased with the results of the repairs and the customer service provided throughout.
