I RECENTLY HAD SOME REPAIR WORK DONE ON MY VEHICLE....SEVERAL WEEKS LATER A PART OF A DOOR HANDLE FELL OFF (NOT RELATED TO THE REPAIR WORK)..I OBTAINED THE DAMAGED PART AND ASKED YOUR DANIEL S TO REPLACE THE MISSING WHILE I WAITED DUE TO MY LIVING ALONG AND HANDICAPPED I HAD NO WAY OF LEAVING THE VEHICLE....HE TOLD ME TO WAIT AND WITHIN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME HE INFORMED THAT MY AUTO WAS READY TO GO...AT NO CHARGE!! THAT'S SERVICE! MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFUL IN TO DAY'S WORLD. THANK YOU FOR COMING TO GASTONIA...YOUR SERVICES WILL BE RECOMENDED TO MANY. THANK YOU!

They collectively did a fine job at Gerber. From Don writing the order and his timely follow ups to keep me posted, to Daniels rapid determination of repairs and parts needed, to Sandra's polite demeanor I couldn't have chosen a better shop. I really liked the automated updates as well, imagine the time I saved not sitting on hold or getting lied to. You guys are the best. I appreciate all the professionalism That was given, and oh yes, my vehicle was done to perfection, ready when promised, and nicely cleaned. Thank you, I hope I'll never be back but if I'm in need, Gerber will be my only consideration. GREAT JOB!!!

The service as far as repairs was unsatisfactory becsuse I had to bring my car back a couple of times for things that were not fixedproperly or not fixed at all. CAr was also returned to me with damage that was not there before. Marcy was excellent and provided great customer service at all times
