I am writing to commend your honest appraisal of a recent work done by one of your estimators - Andrew D. This was involving my 2012 Toyota Prius V which had a visible blemish on the passenger rear when I grazed against my garage. Prior to my visit, I went to one of your competitors who estimated the work around $1400. Andrew inspected the damage, walked to the shop and returned with a polishing compound. He rubbed the affected area several times and presto, the blemish was gone. He thus saved me costly repair bill. It is this type of dedication to excellence and integrity that brings customers back. Everyone was very friendly from the start. The staff was easy to work with. The work done on my car was done in a timely manner and the repairs were done correctly. Don M. was my Service Representative..and he was so interested in my Problem and made me feel so comfortable and assured that my problems were going to get excellent attention. He gave me and my car his full attention while I was talking. My car was repaired promptly, and I was given a Courtesy call I could come get it.. Mr. M. met me at the door and escorted me to my car and explained all the details to me and he walked me around my car for inspection and my satisfaction....I cannot recommend Gerber Collision enough and I hope all who visit a Gerber have a Don M. as their Rep. I had my collision repair done at this location and received nothing but the best service. My car was fixed to look and work like a brand new car. Overall, I was very pleased with the services provided by Gerber. I had absolutely no problems and my questions were always answered on time. Also the time it took my car to get fully fixed took a shorter amount of time than I thought it would.
