Gerber is the most professtional company I have experienced since moving to Fort Myers! In fact, anywhere I have lived. You are greeted personably and professionally from the start to finish. They keep you informed through the repair process. The follow through is top notch! The attention to detail regarding your repair is transparent and ready on time. Along with the superb quality of the work there is no reason to go anywhere else!

My experience could not have gone smoother or more efficiently. My rental car was waiting for me when I arrived. The receptionist was knowledgeable and very pleasant. Tom M. gave me an estimate, checking under the car to find additional damage, all the paperwork was done and I was out the door! The repairs were estimate for 2 or 3 days however the work was completed in just 1 day! The repairs to my car were excellent and the service people went the extra mile to clean my foggy headlight shields and even touch up a scratch on my rear bumper. Mr. Marsh explained everything in detail and I was on my way. I highly recommended Gerber Collision for repairs!

I am completely honest I was shocked of the work that was done my car. Hurricane Irma scratched my all over in different areas my car is black with metallic it had to be repainted in most of the areas scratched i didn't think they would be able to make it look like it had never been painted in those areas wow was i wrong gerber did an amazing job i would highly recommend to anyone to go to gerber all the employees were excellent also

The work was completed in a professional and efficient manner. The work was top rate. I was completely satisfied with the employees knowledge and manner with which they handled my claim. They did an excellent job with regard to the repair work. The office and work areas were spotless and the employees could not have been more helpful . The staff & service at Gerber Collision are EXCEPTIONAL!! Anthony did a wonderful job working with me after an unfortunate incident that I chose to self-pay. I was very nervous because it was explained to me that there would probably be internal damage once they remove the bumper... the estimate was just for the exterior. Anthony did a fantastic job keeping my expenses down, no hidden surprises and ultimately NO internal damage or extra charges!! I was kept informed via text every day on the progress of my car and even received my car earlier than expected. The integrity, professionalism and friendliness of this office is outstanding. I definitely recommend Gerber and am grateful to the person who directed me there.

Well , i had a very unexceptional experience today and i want to share. 1st, a bicyclist rode into the side of the bumper on my car and broke the thing that hold the bumper up. I was told $300 to fix it but i didn't think that could possible be right. Of course,Im a woman so ive been driving around with it for quite sometime and refused to bother anymore of these body shops. Id recently repair my ac at my mechanic and inquired about fixing my bumper, they sent me to this body shop that their owner also owned. I went there and was told they dont do these petty jobs.I wasn't begging I also spent thousand of dollars at the said owner mechanic shop. I frequently drive on this street and say the name GERBER COLLISION before so i thought id try my luck and was extremely surprise. I walked in and there was this very pleasant young lady behind ... the desk. I told her my issue. Immediately she seeked help and ask (ANTHONY D.) to assist me. he promptly came to look at my car and in minutes my bumper was fixed and looking really nice.a very good feeling. Anthony d. care about me as a person and care that it was a little old care. Anthony didn't charge me so i offered a $10 dollar tip for the service guy. That could buy his lunch the next day. I'm sure but he wouldn't take the money and said he'll take care of the service guy for me. SO A BIG" WOW" FOR (GERBER COLLISION & GLASS) FT MYERS FL..and i wont hesitate to make referrals. I just wanted to extend my gratitude to BK. I had a major issue with my insurance company which stated that I had no rental coverage. I was told that there was a certain part that was needed and no real time frame for arrival.. This could have been very costly for me BK and the crew were able to remedy the situation and save me a great deal of money. I recommend Gerber to anyone who wants to be treated with professionalism and care.

Was so pleased and quite frankly shocked when I took our cooper in for estimate. Bottom of front bumper starting to come off. Our estimator Lisa came out took a look and indicated that perhaps part of bumper was broken but she would take it back and have someone look at it. I told her to put estimate together while it was back there. She brought car back shortly and informed me that no need for estimate because bumper was still intact. I was shocked. I felt I was really treated fairly. No question as to 5 stars. Would highly recommend to anyone.
