I would definitely start by saying that the two front desk ladies were very professional...With that being said, I'm more that satisfied with the customer care that Tiffany gave. I've had the chance to hear her phone etiquette(its an open floor setting)and she is extremely professional and courteous with all that interact with her on the phone. I had a concern with my repair and got a text alert from the office, and long a behold(after hours)Tiffany reached out and even called to talk me through my concern! So MORE than pleased with her professionalism and care...keep it up...all!

I was very upset when my car was damaged by another driver, but Emily, Shelley, and Scott made the process seamless, quick, and my car looks beautiful. It's hard to find this 5-star service these days, so I am incredibly grateful to the Gerber team.
