They did a Fabulous job on my truck! Had front end damage from an accident and my truck looks brand new!! Everyone there is Super friendly and very helpful! I called several times checking on their progress and apologized for being a pain. They told me it was absolutely no problem! When I went to pick it up they had even washed it for me! I live on a dirt road so it was very dirty when I took it in! While I was checking out paying my deductible I was told not to wash it for 30 days to give the paint time to cure. I was so afraid I'd forget I was going to write myself a note, lol. They girl at the counter wrote me a sticky note to put on my dash so I don't forget! These people are Amazing and I will be recommending them to everyone I know! Can't thank y'all enough for taking such great care of my truck and myself!

I should've submitted this review almost a month ago, but it kept slipping my mind (Sorry). I want to start off by first saying that from the moment my husband and I walked in the Altamonte Springs branch we were treated like VIP clients. It started out with Jake making sure our rental car was clean and ready for pickup. He was so kind and really went the extra mile to ensure we were taking care of. The amazing Paul was the guy that took pictures of the damages on the car and submitted repairs to the insurance company. He was very communicative the entire time. We didn't have to guess when the car would be finished because we would get weekly phones calls and text messages regarding car status. Any time there was a delay we would know right away. Great service, great job done on replacement of door and painting. Super nice that they call and have rental agency pick you up and so convenient when your car is done they drop off your rental. Awesome people at front desk, and estimators. They also keep you informed of how your car is progressing. Yes, I would definitely recommend!

Dealing with Gerber for collision repair on my Rav 4 was actually a very pleasant experience in spite of the reason that brought me there. Everyone I dealt with in the office was professional, pleasant and efficient, and I received texts regularly keeping me advised on the repair process. I was told the repair would take a week, possibly an extra day or two, but it was done on schedule and I received a nice clean and perfectly repaired vehicle. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company and wouldn't hesitate to contact them again if necessary.
