I saw how the office was operating the day I dropped off my vehicle and I can honestly say that office cares about their customers and do their absolute best to make sure the customer is happy. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing any auto body repairs.

I was a bit anxious about the procedure of getting my car repaired after having my car sideswiped even with USAA behind me. However, Darlene was so professional and personable that I felt much better with the process begun and knowing what to expect. She made it easy to know how to rent a car and what to expect in that regard. I was amazed when I picked up my car; I would have never known it was in an accident. It looked like new. It feels so good to walk into a business and find a friendly, positive environment. And that's exactly what we found at this location. Starting at the front desk, Bethany is efficient, funny and does her job well. She has a great smile to greet all who enter. Our estimator was Zak. He knows his job very well and takes the time to clearly explain what needs to be done, why and potential options if available. He has the ability to discuss the technical aspects of the job in easy to understand terms and is very thorough. He was patient and kind. A lot of the work was done by Jamie. They call him the magician and he lived up to the name. He was able to repair our bumper vs. us having to buy a new one. And it came out looking like new. He definitely made magic for us and exceeded our expectations. When we picked up our truck, we met the ... General Manager, Gary. It was nice to talk with him and be able to tell him how pleased we were with the service we received. It was obvious he was very proud of his team and by the group's interaction with each other, you could tell the team respected each other and valued what each member brought to the table.
