I am SO impressed with Gerber Collision! Not only did they exceed my customer service expectations by providing timely updates on the status of my car, they SURPASSED my quality expectations in caring for my car. My car came back better than when I brought it in! I had been in a previous accident and was rear ended and had my vehicle serviced by another collision center that couldn't come close to the high quality outcome I received from Gerber. Gerber matched the color on my car perfectly and fixed an imperfection from the previous collision center that was not originally fixed to standard. Everyone at the office was very nice. I was kept updated as to where they were in the repair process. When I got my car back something totally unrelated to my collision seemed "off" so I called and Curtis looked at it immediately. I had forgotten to press something! Later that evening Curtis called to make sure everything was going well-which I appreciated.
