This was the best experience with a collision shop ever. The service was top notch. From the front desk to our estimator all staff were very professional. The work was done beautifully and in a very timely manner. The whole process was flawless. I would highly recommend this shop and already have to a friend who will be needing collision work done soon.

I was driving home and has rolled by passenger window down. When I went to roll it up it would not roll up for me. I turned into Gerber Collision. I asked the pleasant woman at the desk if they could look at it for me. To much of my surprise she said yes and a man asked for my key. About 15 minutes later the man came in and I hesitantly asked what was wrong. He said it was the window motor and explained to me what had happened. There was no cost. I appreciate their diligence, generosity, and how much they care about people. Thank you so much!!!!

The team sent updates daily and called to provide in detail status. The body work and painting provided by the Titusville location made the car look brand new. From looking at the car, you could not tell it had been in an accident I was really happy with the workmanship and the professionalism of the dealership. They even completed the car a full day earlier then expected
