Between USAA and Gerber, everything about this claim and subsequent repair was absolutely first class. One day after submitting my claim Gerber had me in for an estimate. The estimate was very detailed, documented and clear. Two days after receiving the estimate, my car was at Gerber being repaired. Gerber kept me well informed of the progress of my repair and in 4 days the work was completed and I am thrilled at the results. Thank you Gerber for your outstanding service.

In such a busy, not always kind world, it gets hectic out there! As a 78 year old female, it can be quite confusing. Now combine it with an accident in your "less than a month old" car and you have my week! I have never had an accident before, so I had no idea what to do or where to go. My insurance company told me to get intouch with Gerber Collision. They were terrific! From Lisa's warm greeting as you enter, to Joe's estimator expertise, it was easy. Now, I don't recommend you have an accident to prove me right, but IF you do, I highly recommend Gerber Collision to you or anyone you love. They'll get the best, I promise. And...they have a lifetime quarrentee on all their work. I'm a very happy customer

after another shop failed to correct problem , i was referred to gerber from state farm agent . my estimator bruce g. was very knowledgeable . within a few minutes he diagnosed the problem . he repaired the leak in my moon roof drains for no charge . great customer experience . thanks gerber .
