My Honda Ridgeline was hit in a parking lot. No note. I was recommended to go to Gerber Collision by my insurance agent. From beginning to end of the repair work this was an amazing experience. The level of customer attention and craftmanship and concern for my Ridgeline was unexpected. I requested they use OEM components, and they agreed. I was notified throughout the week on repair status. The truck looks brand new. The paperwork on completion of the job was complete and thorough. All my concerns were addressed. The QA at Gerber Collosion & Glass is spot on. Great company. You need this experience when you have an accident. You deserve this experience!!

Our repair experience with Gerber Collision has been completely positive. From the moment we arrived at the office, the attention was first class. Our technical advisor Jim was in charge of detailing the damage to the vehicle with precision. He was very clear when explaining the process to repair our Kia Seltos, his work in making the estimate was fast, once the Insurance approval was received, they worked diligently to deliver the vehicle in perfect condition and in a time ahead of the originally offered time. We are pleasantly impressed because the work done was very professional and of high quality. It has been like new.
