After being rear ended, I had my 2025 Cadillac repaired at Gerber Panama City, Fl. I had an outstanding experience during the repair process: from the receptionist, to my service manager, and to the workmanship from the shop staff. I would like to give a special shout out to Shannon (my service manager) for his kindness and communication during this stressful repair. I would recommend the Panama City, Fl Gerber location.

I highly recommend this location. I had my vehicle in for a minor scratch and dent to the hood and Gerber did an amazing job. April, my advisor, was easy to reach and great at communicating. It was obvious that they wanted to do a great job and make sure that I was happy with the work. This Gerber location was timely, friendly, competitively priced, and did fantastic work.

Today I had an appointment for an appraisal with Ricky A for a damage to my Audi TT hatch. I knew replacing my hatch was a good $3000k, So I asked Ricky if he could possibly flatten out perturbing skin and get it touched up with paint. SUCCESS!!. He was able to make it flat and ready to touch up with paint I asked how much I owe him, and he said it's on the house. So WOW!! He saved me a thousands of dollars if the area could not be smoothed out AMAZING customer service, best place I have found iRockledge and surrounding areas. THANKS SO MUCH Ricky!
