Awesome service provided by this company. They keep u up to date on the repairs by texts and Scott who called every couple of days to give verbal insight on repairs or answer my questions. They waxed and cleaned my car before returning, which I was shocked and excited about, bc my car was filthy. They fixed everything so miraculously, to where it looks like I just bought it off the car lot. I had driver side front end damage where even a small area had a dent in it. All brand new, shiny, and beautiful. I couldn't be more happy and satisfied with the excellent service provided by gerber collision, and all parts are life time warranty. How could u go wrong?!?! Will definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family. Thank u about and Darlene for all ur help in this stressful matter and keeping me up to date on my car. The Gerber employees were very polite, professional and efficient in every way. I was explained what the process was going to be, maximum time limit, and cost. The Response Center called on the day I delivered the vehicle for repair and explained what they had done and would be done. They called the next day and said the repair had went well and that I could pick the vehicle up on day 2. I would recommend the Service Center in every case and I appreciate their professionalism.

I could not be more pleased with my experience at Gerber Deland. I was treated like a friend and valued customer. The receptionist (Sherry?) was gracious and efficient. The estimator, Tom S., was friendly, helpful and very professional in every respect. The work done was immaculate, including the paint. I have used this location for body work 3 times in the last year and Tom S. is the reason for my returns. He is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and has superior customer relations skills. His integrity has made me highly recommend Gerber to all my friends. This location goes over and above in customer service and I wouldn't use any other place for my auto repairs.

Well this is the third time I've been to this shop for repairs two times it was Master Collision where I had outstanding service from my favorite person Nancy she's absolutely delightful to be around, talk to, and interact with! Now it's Gerber although it took a month to get my car back she still managed to keep a smile on my face she updated me daily helped with my rental and made sure the boys repaired my car in outstanding condition THANKS!! She's a pleasure to be around and a hard worker and definitely a dedicated employee never speaking down on Gerber even though I was unsure of Gerber she assured me that she had my back on the repairs and took full responsibility of any wrong (none found) speaking very highly of the company she works for she even stayed till after 6 so I could get my daughters car seat out of my car Excellent ... service again and as before I world recommend you guys and I still will Thank you a million and one times read more

I could not have imagined a better experience at Gerber Collision and Glass in Clermont, FL. Customer service was excellent and each person that I worked with was fantastic.
