Tommy was very kind and courteous. He explained the process and made sure I understood what was being repaired. He called and ordered the parts needed before I even left the office. He was very detailed and also got the work done a day ahead of schedule. He knows his stuff and does a great job.

It did take a while to get an appt. scheduled to get my car fixed, but once everything started moving along the service was great. I was very happy with Wendy B. She was very understanding with my frustration of getting my car fixed in a timely manner. She was honest and pleasant to work with.

I had efficient and excellent service. The staff were friendly and helpful during a stressful time: after an MVC and dealing with insurance companies, etc. The office was well coordinated with the rental agency: no waiting or confusion. I wish I could think of some other wonderful things to say!
