I was in an accident and was referred to Gerber Collision by Geico whom the person at fault had insurance. Once I spoke to George B at Gerber I knew that was where I wanted my Ford Escape to be repaired. Everyone was so very helpful, kept me informed, and completed the repairs early. I will recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to all my friends.

Jennifer: I have been handling insurance claims for 30 years & very impressed & satisfied with Gerber Collision and will be having discussions with my Carrier/Employer regarding same. Not only the daily text messages but you taking the time to call with daily updates was appreciated and exemplifies customer service at its best...

A first class auto body shop. The cleanest auto body shop that I have ever seen! I'm from the North Shore of Boston, MA and there are few shops in this area that can begin to compare. Kathleen and BK were professional yet very pleasant and accommodating. The estimate by BK was fast and right on, with no additional surprises. The shop had my vehicle for only one day, after the parts had been received. Everyone was very helpful and went out of their way to make my experience with Gerber very pleasant. I have already spoken to others regarding my experience and told them about the lifetime guarantee for the original owner. Thanks and best regards.....Roland

I had an after market rear bumper installed and painted. Junior, the painter, did an excellent job of installing and matching the paint color. Rae and Frank kept me up to date of the progress. I would highly recommend them, especially if you have concerns about paint.
