Gerber did a great job on my Mini Cooper. The receptionist, Catherine and estimator, Nybia were very helpful and went over and beyond the call of duty to provide excellent service. They were always ahead by a couple of steps. My car was as clean as a whistle when i picked it up. The work done to repair my Mini was superb. If I ever need this type of work done again, I will call Gerber, and refer them to anyone I know who needs a reliable body shop. Thank you.

From the initial intake of getting my car to you after the accident, throughout the entire process, to getting my car back and it being washed, the level of service I received was exemplary. I have brought 2 of my vehicles to this facility and I have not been disappointed. They are prompt, courteous, and professional. The Manager obviously knows the business well and I never get a quote that doesn't match my final payment. They do absolutely outstanding work and I couldn't compliment this team more. I work and live in Orlando but the only body shop I'll use (or refer others to) is Gerber in DeLand, FL. Nice job to everyone at this location - I'm very impressed!

Great professional service by all the Gerber Staff. The office staff took the stress out of handling an un-pleasant situationI do not know all the staff names but they were equally pleasant and professional to deal with. The repair/shop people did a very fast and excellent repair job on my vehicle. All should be praised for representing your company in such a professional manner. I will definitely call on you should I ever need your services in the future. I might add, some time back I used your same location to make repairs on my vehicle and the services were equal in all aspects to the recent job you completed for me. On a personal note, I would like to compliment your estimator(Nybia M.)and office lady (Cathy?) ---they were super to work with. Thank you for your services.
