I had my SUV, Ford Explorer, hit from behind in January 2015. I took it to my friends over Gerber in Altamonte Springs,FL,they took care of everything for me,paperwork,rental car,you name it. Definitely far exceeded my expectations. I've never dealt with a collision center before and have heard negative things about them in general. I was extremely pleased with Gerber Collision in Clermont Florida however. Very professional operation, and they did fantastic work for a reasonable price. The service was top notch. Everything about the operation is very well done. They did the intake on my vehicle in a very professional and efficient manner. Shop is clean and organized and had coffee. They very quickly assessed the damage, gave me a very fair quote, and had me almost immediately set up with a rental car. They stayed in constant touch with me in terms of the progress of the repair. It was done very quickly, and I am very impressed with the quality of the work. My final paperwork was provided in a useful and organized folder, which ... I appreciated. Kudos in particular to Scott, who worked with me and provided the estimate. I am so impressed by this place that I am bringing my car back to get a ding on the hood repaired.
