I would like to share my experience with Gerber Collision in Sanford. From the very first communication with Sybil I was impressed with the level of service! All communication was timely and my concerns were addressed. They meant all deadlines and exceeded my expectations! From the front desk receptionist to the manager and both area marketing managers, they did an excellent job. I would recommend this location to anybody who wants their vehicle repaired by professionals who care and treat your vehicle like it is their vehicle. Great job, Steve and Sybil and everybody at Gerber in Sanford!!!

Great service and great work. Jonathan C was so awesome, very informative, and kept me up to date on repairs. I deal with alot of body shops as an insurance adjuster and felt this shop was great!!! Jonathan was outstanding. Thanks for the great work.

Tom S was very professional and took the time to explain the entire process. They also installed the new clip-on rims that I was carrying in my car without being asked. It was a nice touch and my car looked beautiful when I picked her up a day early.

Kept in contact advised without prompt to advise the status of repairs. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and made you feel like you were special. I recommend Gerber and their staff to anyone who is in need of glass or body, tire, and bodywork. Thank you Gerber for making a bad situation into a pleasant one. Your staff made me feel at home and very welcome. Gerber. I won't use anyone else for my vehicles needs. Thank you.

This was my second experience with Gerber. Started with Frank who gave me the estimate and accepted the car. First there were a few issues due to a lack of communication. But then Fred took over my claim for repairs and assured me that everything would be taken care of in a timely manner. Also went out of his way to right the wrongs. I highly recommend Gerber. My only choice for collision repairs for my BMW's.

Absolutely AWESOME from the first contact. My 19 year old college student got into a car accident....first one ever....in a city 2+ hours away from us. Gerber worked with us to get her car towed, gave us regular updates on the progress of the repair, kept me (Mom) in the loop every step of the way, and even allowed her to drop her rental car at the shop when she picked up her car....said they would take care of getting it back to the rental agency. Top notch care and service from start to finish...would HIGHLY recommend!!!
