I was extremely impressed. My car was returned clean inside and out. I am a very meticulous, and they meant my standards as far as the appearance of the car, and the car smelled clean. The employees were pleasant, and apologetic since we had to wait for the Insurance adjustor to make some final adjustments. I would have no problem using there services again, and would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I received my drivers license in 1962 and this was the first time I have ever gone through a claims process. Tom S introduced himself and explained to me how, between USAA and Gerber, everything would be taken care of. He then outlined the entire repair process. Tom assured me that I would be completely satisfied. I left feeling that this story would have a happy ending. It did!!! Thanks Tom.
