5 Stars. We were in a bind with a window that would not roll up. Were pleasantly surprised when the staff fit us in, even though it was close to 5pm. Got it fixed before the big thunderstorm arrived. Saved the day! Will be taking our car there again. Thanks!

Excellent work looks great. fast service with extras like cleaning car and wheels before delivery. And the teamwork between car rental and geico was so good took all the stress out and made whole experience easy from beginning to end.

George was very helpful in my sad situation. He asked if I needed anything to help remove belongings. He also assisted by bringing me a trashcan to make discarded things easier. George had sympathy for me in the loss of my vehicle. Thanks George for making a bad situation easier to get through.

They repaired the right rear bumper where somebody ran into the car and dented the bumper in. I was told it might up take up to three days to do the repair but, they had it done in less than twenty-four hours. You can't even tell where the damage was. Thanks for a Great Job!

I contacted and spoke with a member of the Gerber staff in regards to getting some repairs to the rear bumper of a 2015 Jag. Prior to contacting Gerber I took the car to the Dealer and was surprisingly turned away and referred to 2 other repair shops for estimates which turned out to be very expensive. I set a delivery date with Gerber and as promised the car was ready for pickup in just a couple of days... Monday afternoon to Wednesday afternoon. Upon inspection of the work that was performed I found it to be done remarkably well for a job well done! I would recommend using Gerber Collision to anyone. Thanks!

From the first encounter with Fred and Jonathon, this was a very positive experience! They're outstanding customer service was only matched by the superb repair service provided. We were well informed every step of the way and our car was ready before the estimated completion date! Although being involved in an accident is never an enjoyable experience, I would highly recommend Gerber, Fred & Jonathon to all who want superior service!

Thank you for towing my car to another shop of yours in order to complete the work sooner. You then towed it back for my convenience. The body work looks fine too. Everything was handled quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
