After hitting two raccoons on 528 my BMW z4 had quite an extensive amount of damage considering what I hit. My progressive agent asked me to use one of their preferred by the shops by the name of Gerber collision. I agreed I just wanted my car fixed. Well let me tell you something Gerber fix my car with the highest quality and concern we actually seem to care considering its just the car. Well it's not just a car, its my car and I love my car. Gerber went through every step to make sure my car was fixed with such high standards I think it's better now than it was when I bought it. Thinking back all they wanted was my car fixed. But wow I didn't even know my car can be fixed this good. It drives like a race car now. Like a brand new car. So by all rights just one of my car fixed is not even the case. I want my car fix my Gerber now.. Thank ... you for all your hard work and efforts if I ever have a problem again I will return to Gerber. Thank you Dave from progressive, and Thank you Dave from Gerber. This team of guys did one heck of a job. I cannot thank you enough. read more

The service and progress reports were exceptional and Patrick was so helpful. At the end of the process, my husband was hurt and I was unable to pick up the car. Arrangements were made so this was not any issues. I appreciate all the quick work and assistance during this disruptive time.

Fred and Jonathon did a wonderful job on finishing my wife's truck. Their customer service was fantastic and I am completely satisfied with their craftsmanship. What project really stood out was how safety conscious they were about the vehicles safety features. That is especially important to me because my wife and son ride in that vehicle everyday. I would use Gerber collision in the future.

I had an awesome experience with Customer service with Britt H in the Valrico Office. He was efficient in providing me and my insurance with all the details needed with the repairs on my car since my car was involved in 2 accidents in a 3 week period. He kept me informed at all times and my car was in and out of the shop in NO time. They were awesome to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. The office had a down home feel and everyone was so professional and approachable. If you have an issue and need your car fixed ask for Britt H he will take care of you and you will feel like you have know him all your life he is that FRIENDLY and caring!

I recently used Gerber for some collision repairs after being backed into during my first accident and they made everything so easy for me! Shabeer assisted me throughout the whole process, keeping me informed every step of the way. He even gave me a great recommendation to get some new front tires put on my car at a discounted price. I will definitely be using Gerber in the future should I need to!
