What I thought was a little job was much bigger than expected. Colston was excellent at giving updates and letting me know where my vehicle was every step of the way. Im sure he has a tough job as everyone needs their vehicles, and he was extremely professional and caring. He is an exceptional person and dedicated employee.

The folks of Gerber Collision in Melbourne were amazing with my vehicle. They were all incredibly friendly and professional. The ones that really stood out to me were Nicole H. the two Kelly's (especially Kelly F.), and Rob. My car never looked better and I'm very happy with it. This is a place I would recommend to everyone. They explained everything and all of my options and kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle. I felt confident with their commitment and service. Staff is very friendly, courteous, and professional. Monica was great in helping schedule to bring my car in and arranging the rental car company to pick me up. Reggie walked me out to look over the needed repairs and kept me updated via text during each step of the repair process. Highly recommend Gerber for accident repairs.

Everyone at this location is very friendly, professional and efficient. The repair I had done was "under promised and over delivered". The parts were on hand when I dropped off the car and they initially thought it would take 3-5 days. I dropped off at 11:00 on Monday and got a call on Tuesday saying the car was ready. Everything was done to perfection. Rebecca and Charles are top notch employees!
