Wrinkles are gone and the paint is beautiful! A small section of "baked on plastic bag" at the boundary had to be wiped off with thinner at deliver, but that was done on the spot. The original time estimate grew, but then finished early. I'm very satisfied overall.

From the beginning, the communication from Gerber was instant after my vehicle was towed to their shop after a rear end collision. For someone who has never been in an accident, I had many questions. JW was more than patient and informative on what I should expect. Not only that, he was genuinely concerned about how I was doing after seeing the extreme damage of my truck. Hope never to be an accident similar to the one I was in but will not hesitate to return to Gerber Collison.

We had minor front bumper damage, and scheduled an appt with Gerber to have it looked at. The person doing the initial assessment had the manager come out to look at it as well. He went back in, got the necessary materials, came right back out and fixed it himself in about 10-15 minutes!! What absolutely amazing service!! We have heard good things about their shop, and would highly recommend them!

He was extremely professional, communicated often, always returned my calls promptly, and without his assistance I could not have gotten my claim handled from 5 hours away. I am a small business owner of 3 companies, and I wish I had employees like Joshua on my team. Gerber, you need to hang on to this employee...he is worth his weight in gold!

This is the new location in Crossroads Shopping Center. So someone felt the need to smash my passenger mirror on my Ram 1500. I did my due diligence and ordered the correct mirror off Amazon. But the wiring harness didn't match . I am 75, lost sleep over this. I went in to Gerber Collision, Ryan/ Joe said we got this. They had the new mirror on in 10 minutes, refused payment, I recommend this Company and if needed will go back to Ryan and Joe, thank you so much, you made my day????????????????????
