Just want you to know that I believe the Gerber location in Orlando at this location is FANTASTIC! Someone hit my 2008 PT Cruiser in the rear causing about $2500 in damage. I am a GEICO insurance customer. Brought my car to this location and WOW, what extraordinary customer service not to mention the fantastic job done on my car. It looks better than new. I want to pass my thanks along to Mike (I think his last name is Onofre) and also to Angel and the other techs that worked on my car. Dropped it off this past Tuesday morning and it was done by Friday afternoon. Unbelievable fast turn around time and outstanding customer service by everyone there. I was texted and given phone calls daily about the progress of the repairs to my PT Cruiser. Please be sure to pass on my comments to your employees as well as the manager of this shop. Tree limbs slammed the truck during a rain storm. Gerber was so quick to respond with our request, kind, courteous and kept me updated with text messages. Work was completed in less time than estimated. They were able to locate the needed parts for a 15 year old vehicle. I am thrilled to have my Durango back home and looking good. I LOVE my van and was worried about it not looking as nice as before after my accident. It was the first time I had an accident in all my 61 years! I was treated with respect when I walked in the door. The office was clean, the staff was responsive and gave me a detailed estimate. They explained the process to me (their responsibility to the insurance company and me, the customer) their warranty and the amount of time it would take to repair my vehicle. They assured me they would make it look as good as new. The body work is excellent and they went the "extra" mile to be sure I was satisfied. I will use them again (God Willing -I hope not because of an accident) and I will definitely recommend them. Thank you Gerber of Gilliam Lane in Tallahassee, Florida.
