My car was rear-ended, and the person who hit me had GEICO insurance. GEICO referred me to Gerber. Being my first accident, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was nervous that I would not receive the red carpet service because it wasn't my insurance handling the claim. I had nothing to worry about! From the moment I was greeted by Kelly to the time I did the final inspection with George, I received first-class service and felt like my convenience and satisfaction were the most important factors. The work itself was perfect; my car looked just like it did before the accident. I was very pleased with George and the entire team at Gerber, and I would definitely recommend the company to anyone who needs such service.

Woohoo, as good as it gets does say it all about this place. From all of my interactions with Paula on the front desk to Mike who took care of the coordination of repairs I have NEVER experienced such a wonderful repair experience from ANY body shop, EVER! Mike chased down the proper parts to ensure a stellar Lexus fit of replacement parts and I also need to give KUDOS to all those behind the scenes who actually repaired my car. They washed it before I arrived to pick it up and always kept me appraised of the status of repairs. I could not have asked for any better treatment. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for any collision repairs. And it's where Lexus of Orlando takes all their work!

Tom S was great! He was super friendly, and made everything really easy and simple for me. I hope I never get into another accident ever again, but if I had to I would bring my car back here and request to work with him again. The shop took great care of my car and it looks incredible. You guys did a really great job, but I'm so glad to have my car back.
