My BMW 740 was in for repairs and the parts did not come in as expected as they were coming from Germany. No fault of Gerber, but there was a couple days delay from the promised projected finish date. Also, Even though the car had been washed, I did not pick it up the day it was ready, and therefore there was some overnight dust and dirt on the outside of the car. Again no fault of Gerber. Sahbeer A. did a great job in handling my repair. Thank you and if I ever need car repair again I will use Gerber, and recommend them to others

Outstanding quality and fantastic customer service! I have never had anyone as great at Britt to work with. Top notch service and true to his word. While having to have collision work is never pleasant, Britt truly took the "pain" out of the process. The team at Gerber collision and glass worked hard to make sure we had our car back in a timely manner and it looked brand new! Thank you so much!

I truly recommend this Gerber store for various reasons, first the person who was in charge by the name of Wendy B. gave me a full description of the job to be done , the time that it will take to be done and gave me a full orientation of how the insurance company will work on my case. My greatest surprise was the car was finish ahead of time and that it looks like before the accident in prime conditions. I will definitely if ever again have an accident will go back to this store and hopefully find Miss B. again.
