Lisa was very attentive and did an amazing job of communicating status updates. Your team here at this location (Amelia) demonstrated professionalism, courtesy and a general eagerness to impress me as a customer. I've hired and managed many employees over the span of my career and I can recognize your team is engaged. Also, I was impressed by your approach to correcting previous repairs done on my vehicle that I was unaware of. Your service manager greeted me and let me know that when they opened up car, they found evidence of a previous repair that was poorly done. He explained it was not covered by insurance, we took care of it as it's our job to make sure you have confidence in our work. Again, you've done an excellent job. I strong urge you to recognize and value the talent you have. Thank you

Short story, because of the service I received at this location I will not only bring any car that I may need repair done I will also recommend your service to all people in our area... My wife brought her car to have an estimate of how much it would to install a radiator cooling fan for my 2004 Hyundai Sonata. Jonathan, the estimator, took the car to the shop. About 20 minutes later, the car was returned and the radiator cooling fan was installed. Jonathan was extremely helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend this Gerber Collision & Glass to family and friends.
