I picked up my car today from Gerber Collision. I was impressed. The repairs were done to my satisfaction. The paint job more than met my expectations (I could not tell the difference from the newly painted portions with the rest of the car. The price on my invoice was identical to the price quote.(which was substantially lower than the quote I had received from another body shop) The time taken to repair the car was less than 0ne-half the time quoted by the other repair shop. A friend of mine mentioned that his wife was rear-ended. I mentioned my favorable experience with Gerber Collision . She took her car in to Gerber and was satisfied with the quote she had received. I will continue to give Gerber Collision a favorable recommendation when called upon because the shop earned my loyalty.

My experience at this location went quite well. The staff walked me through the whole process. I received text everyday with status of vehicle. All of my questions were answered. Lastly car came back ahead of schedule. I would come back to this location of needed. Great experience

I went in to get my rear bumper replaced. The actual process of replacing the whole bumper took 2 days. The process from beginning to end was seamless. The ladies upfront were extra friendly, helpful, and informative. They took care of everything. All I had to do was sign on the dotted line. I was so happy to get my baby back. Chris was very helpful they did a great job on my windshield, front driver's side, hood, and headlights but when I drove it to work for the first time the right blinker stopped working so I will have that done out of pocket it stopped working on Nov. 6th. on the day I drove it for the first time to work as a matter of fact it looks like a brand new car people at work think it is newer than a 2003 so thank you guys I appreciate all you have done.
