It took over a month to get my claim settled with Liberty Mutual. During this time, I spoke with Justin G. at Gerber several times. He was always professional with a positive attitude. The handling process and updates of my service was great and easy. Staff was super friendly. So far my car rides like a champ and there are no issues. There was minor things wrong when I first got it back but they are handling them. All in all a easy friendly experience.

I took my car in to get the roof repainted because of sun damage, and they did an excellant job. So good that another part of the car looked too shabby by comparrison. Bobby, the manager, was extremely accomodating when I asked if he could hold onto the car a bit longer and paint that part as well. He also help identify a problem I had with the AC in an hour that the dealer wanted to take all day on and charge me a fortune for. I would definately use these guys again! Their honesty and career experience were refreshing compared to other places I've been.
