Pickup and dropoff service was fantastic. Very low hassle. I had a delay in approval to repair and they did not hassle me or charge me as a second adjuster came out. I always got a call back. I never felt rushed. Work was done good as new. I'd recommend this branch for anyone needing services.

Hello, my experience with Gerber went well. I was kept up to date on the progress of my vehicle. When I received my vehicle, all repairs were done exactly as they stated . I will use there services in the future if need be also I would refer any friends or family members to Gerber.

This place is amazing! Ms Lisa is a blessing and a great asset to this company. Freddy is awesome! I truly felt like family working with this coming... They kept me updated daily, made me feel appreciated and in good hands always. I could literally wreck my car again and come back just to feel welcome again!!! I am truly truly appreciative of Gerber and anyone who needs their car fixed should come here!!! They are amazing!!

Hello! From the moment I drove up and first spoke to Brittany, I knew I was in good hands. Brittany got all my information, gave me my appointment date and let me know that parts would be ordered right away. Brittany and Lisa are very well informed and took the time to answer my many questions. I love my beautiful, little blue Jetta. I dropped the car off yesterday. I received text updates. My car was ready today. The repair to the rear bumper was immaculate. The car is a 2014 and I was afraid that the new paint would stand out. It seems they clear-coated the trunk lid so that the paint is seamless.Thank you Gerber Collision team on McLeod. Bless you all for doing such a GREAT job. Thank you very much.
