At first I was disappointed my 3hr bumper replacement had taken 7hrs! When my vehicle was finally ready my estimator Mike explained that the first bumper had a small flaw which he was not happy with so a second bumper was ordered thus the delay. I'm happy he did the bumper looks great worth the wait.

Keith was a professional person who was dedicated to see that my vehicle and myself were treated very well throughout the entire process of getting my vehicle repaired. I would often get updates on the status of my vehicle and I was notified when it was ready. I would highly recommend Keith and Gerber automotive to anyone with automotive needs.

i just wanted to let you ll know when i received my car back from being repaired it was spotless cleaner than when i bought brand new. the shop was very friendly and the front desk represenative explained my repairs completely and answered any questions i had. just wanted to let you know about the outstanding staff there. due to the represenative and the person or persons that cleaned the car i will return and recomend this facility to people because of them.
