I was extremely pleased with service I received in the repainting of my Murano rear bumper. The receptionist was extremely courteous and helpful and the estimator, Shabeer was both courteous and knowledgeable....and...of course...the re-paint job on the bumper was excellent. I'd use Gerber Collision anytime I needed vehicle repair.

I own a Nissan Sentra and at the recommendation from my Nissan dealership, I had my car repaired at Gerber Collision in Deland. This was my first auto accident with repairs in 50 years so needless to say I was nervous. Jon A. was the estimator that helped me and he went above and beyond to make my experience the best it could be. Not only Jon, but every single person in this location is so incredibly nice, helpful and the utmost best customer service I have had in a long time. Customer service these days is a rarity but your staff and especially Jon, are definitely delivering. You should be very proud of this location in Deland Florida!!! I have been telling everyone how amazing they are and highly recommending them to others. I will definitely use Gerber Collision for all my future needs. Third time using this Gerber's and been very happy with their customer service and work every time - love getting a detailed car back ?? Big plus = they worked my car in even though they were booked solid 2 weeks out. One down side - completion pushed from Friday to Monday 1/2 hr. before pickup time because they didn't notice until last minute that the rear wheels needed aligned. Overall, great experience - I would definitely use this Gerber's again
