Hello! From the moment I drove up and first spoke to Brittany, I knew I was in good hands. Brittany got all my information, gave me my appointment date and let me know that parts would be ordered right away. Brittany and Lisa are very well informed and took the time to answer my many questions. I love my beautiful, little blue Jetta. I dropped the car off yesterday. I received text updates. My car was ready today. The repair to the rear bumper was immaculate. The car is a 2014 and I was afraid that the new paint would stand out. It seems they clear-coated the trunk lid so that the paint is seamless.Thank you Gerber Collision team on McLeod. Bless you all for doing such a GREAT job. Thank you very much.

I would like to thank John and all of his crew from Gerber Collision & Glass located at 9816 US Hwy 301 N. I am very happy...thrilled at how nice my Toyota Tacoma Prerunner came out after being hit from behind. I love my truck and I didn't think it could possibly be fixed 100%...but it was. John and his crew made sure to let me know each step along the way and how the damage was being fixed. They also went above and beyond to find the parts needed to do the job. My truck looked brand new when I picked it up and friends and family all commented on what a beautiful job they did. The truck drives great and is shiny like new. The only way one would know it was in an accident is if I told you. I am extremely satisfied and will always be GRATEFULLY DEADICATED to Gerber 301. Thank you so much!

This was the 2nd time I dealt with Gerber in the last month and both experiences surpassed my expectations. Thomas was extremely helpful and patient as we dealt with the headache associated with insurance! Most recently I dealt with Alan who was helpful, and VERY communicative. They completed the work quickly, my car looks great, and it was clean and has a full tank of gas! Hopefully, I won't be back soon, but if I do need collision repairs again, I will absolutely use Gerber.
