Fast turn around. Dropped my Kia Optima off on a Monday morning to have some minor collision/auto body work done and received a call back Wednesday morning that my car was ready to come home! Gerber would also send me daily text messages giving me updates about my vehicle. I would definitely use Gerber again for any future collision/auto body repairs.

Brittany and Nybia are amazing! They really care about good old fashioned customer service. The rear view mirror in my Honda Odyssey fell off and I tried 3 times to fix it myself. It kept falling off! I took my Odyssey in to Gerber and Brittany and Nybia went out of their way to get my mirror repaired that day. It has been over a week, the mirror has not fallen off and I don't expect it to! I have been to Gerber before and they have always exceeded my expectations. They truly take pride in the quality of their work. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision to anyone needing collision/auto body repair work!

I was taken care of by Michael as soon as I walked in. He is unerringly polite, both on the phone and in person. he apologised for the wait and then turned me over to Brett. I was given an appointment for my appraisal for the following day. Brett was a great sense of humor and made me feel at ease with what could have been a nerve wracking situation. He called me with updates every few days so I always knew what was going on and the approximate time that my car would be ready. When I picked up my car I was amazed how great it looked. you would never know that the front end was hit. Not only did the outside look great but they cleaned the inside of my car too! I will definitely be referring friends and family to Gerber Auto and Glass repair!!!!!!!!! love those guys!
