This staff is wonderful. The receptionist is very gracious and kind. She explained every step of the business quite clearly in ways that I can understand. Nayeed was most kind and pleasent. He helped me to understand the auto body repair process and the 'why'. Your repairman are amazing! My car looked brand new! And they detailed my car! Goodness! I was so impressed. I would recommend Getberto anyone.

I had an excellent experience while getting my car repaired. Was pleasantly greeted by Teri at the reception desk. I didn't have an appointment and I came on there busiest day, however Jason made exception and worked me into the schedule. I greatly appreciated that because I only have one day off to do my business. The paper work went fast and they quickly called Enterprise to get me a rental. The repair took 2 days and I got the same great customer service upon my return. I will recommend Gerber and return if ever I need glass or body work. You have good qualified people working for you.

I had an insurance-covered repair and while we had the truck canopy off, Fred J., the general manager asked if I wanted an estimate on an unrepaired dent on the other side. The estimate was very fair and both repairs exceeded my expectations in timeliness, quality and generally in the professionalism displayed and their general concern for my satisfaction. The arrangement with Enterprise rental , on site, was pleasant and very convenient. Kudos also to Johnathan, who answered my many questions and kept my well informed of the progress on my repairs - which was finished a day earlier than anticipated. Awesome experience!

He provided step by step guidance on the process for repairing the vehicle. Tom, and this shop, made the process incredibly smooth. The quality of the repair is impeccable; the car is new, all over again!

Highly recommend both Gerber locations in Gainesville. Most recently the shop on 6th St repaired my 2005 Honda. Outstanding service, communication, and response time. The estimate and repair options were fully explained in advance. Repairs were made to my complete satisfaction and were completed ahead of schedule. I was kept up to date on the progress via numerous text messages. The people at Gerber are friendly, courteous, and professional.

The personnel at this location were friendly, professional, and thorough with the repairs to my vehicle. All of the issues related to a crash were promptly repaired and some additional issues that arose during the process were addressed and corrected without issue. The General Manager, Sam H., was a pleasure to work with and he ensured to keep me informed/involved in the entire process at my request (I am a very involved "car guy"). I would certainly consider returning to this facility and/or recommending them to others.
