The body work Gerber performed was perfect! The paint of the repaired area blends seamlessly with the rest of my vehicle. In my first visit Alan explained exactly what repairs would be done and how the process worked; then he followed up every step of the way. It's refreshing to encounter a business that understands good customer service. The consistent text messages and phone calls were great. I knew the progress of my repair were making at every phase. I'm telling everyone I know what a great job they did.

Had a little warranty body work completed (per the local Dodge dealer) and I asked the General manager, Brun H. if I could have some mudflaps installed on the front of my truck and my rear mudflaps tightened up. Brun was very helpful and happy to do what I needed done and the job came out great! New hardware installed in place of what I had installed myself, and everything matched up perfectly. All at a reasonable price and completed in one day, as promised.

I was recently in a wreck in Crestview where I was rear ended by a Progressive driver. After my car was finally released from being held hostage at Crestview Paint and Body, and after they had incurred additional malicious damages to my car, it was finally taken to Gerber Collision. I had previously taken my car to Factory Spec in FWB and was not aware they had been bought out by Gerber so I was a little nervous at first about what the quality of work would be like. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process. Having your car in the shop and wondering how the damages were going to be corrected is a very stressful process and Josh and his team couldn't have been nicer. Josh kept me updated on the process of how my car repairs were going, and he even stayed late after the shop had closed so that I could pick up my car before the Christmas ... weekend. Everything looked great on the car and I was pleased with the results. I will definitely be recommending Gerber in Crestview to all of my friends and business associates. Between Josh's fantastic customer service and Allen the adjuster with Progressive being so helpful and making sure everything was taken care of, I really couldn't ask for a better experience! I will definitely be giving Josh and his team a shout out on Yelp as well. read more
