Took my car in to Gerber's [on Monday, 3/20/17] thinking I needed to have a paint job as my car had scrapes on the back fender. Jeremy C. was my Estimator and he helped me as soon as I walked in. It ended up I did not need a paint job as all he had to do was clean off the paint. I was not charged. This is the second time I have taken my car there and both times Jeremy was very professional and friendly, I highly recommend this company.

I brought in a vehicle with a damaged bumper. The estimate Zak completed was an easy process. Zak clearly explained how the process of drop-off / pick-up works since I was not the vehicle owner. The work was "perfect" as the family member stated after seeing the completed repair. Thank you!

I have been to a few body shops throughout the years to have work done on a 1959 MGA. When I got hit from behind coming off the turnpike, I sent the car to Kisselback Ford because I wanted it replaced correctly. When Ford called and said they were not a collision center, I was very leery to take my car to a body shop. They suggested Gerber Collision and Glass. The folks there could not have been more accommodating and kept me up to speed with the progress of my vehicle. I was SO PLEASED with the attitude as well as the professionalism from everyone there. One of the Guys even offered to stay late so I could pick my car up after work. If all Gerber Collision and Glass locations have the same attitude and Customer Service as the one on 13th St. in St. Cloud, anyone would be a fool to take their business elsewhere.

This experience of getting my Mustang repaired could not have been handled better by the staff at Gerber Collision and Glass. From their friendly welcome when I first entered the [noticeably clean and tidy] store to the quick and easy wrap-up of paperwork when I came to pick up my car, Gerber Collision was extremely professional and cordial. The workmanship on the replacing of the passenger side door, painting it, blending the paint with the forward and rear panels on that side of the car, the application of the trim and stripe on the door - everything just looks like new - as though nobody had ever backed into my car at all...Of course the actual repair work is the most important and lasting aspect of the job, but I so very much appreciate how much the staff at Gerber Collision and Glass went out of their way to make things as pleasant ... and easy as possible for me. When I arrived to drop off my car at Gerber, I had already spent 7 minutes on hold with the rental car company (having anticipated that it might be a complicated and tedious procedure to get the rental car set up) - the receptionist picked up his phone and got through to Hertz in a moment, and the driver was on his way immediately...The estimator, Carlos C., was thorough and efficient, paying attention to every detail and outlining exactly what needed to be done both for my instruction and clearly marking the car for the shop. He knew that my car means a lot to me, and treated my car as though he was preparing his own car for 'surgery'. I was in and out of there in just a few minutes, but at the same time felt as though I had not been rushed - that I was free to ask any questions I wanted. After the repairs were completed, when it came time to pick up my car, Carlos was there with his infectious smile to greet me, and again, as he proudly showed me the quality work that had been done, seemed as though it was he who was getting his beloved car back. They had not only cleaned the outside of the car, but vacuumed the inside, cleaned the wheels, and shined the tires - it nearly inspired a similar excitement that I felt when I first picked up my new Mustang from the dealer...Gerber Collision and Glass is a class organization - quality work and exemplary customer service - who could ask for more than that?! read more
