Body repair was top notched. Auto was delivered clean inside and out. Estimators and receptionists were very courteous, kind and respectful. The only negative was that timely repair updated was not received as indicated in initial conversations. I would certainly use Gerber again

This was the most positive car repair experience that I have ever had. The entire process with Gerber was so smooth sailing and far exceeded my expectations. I wanted to thank everyone at Gerber for their incredible work and service! Everyone in the office was very courteous and helpful. All of my phone calls were answered throughout the process and the staff called me with updates. The appraisal of damage was done professionally and everything was explained to me. When I picked up my 2012 Camry, not only did the section of the car that was repaired look brand new, my car was washed and courtesy mats were put down on the floors! This was my second experience with Gerber, and I had chosen to go back based on the service I received last year when I had another car worked on. I would highly recommend them!
